For your convenience, we accept most major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), cash and personal checks. Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered.

We are a participating provider for most PPO dental plans. You are fully responsible for all deductibles, co-insurance payments and non-covered services fees.  Any portion of dental treatment not paid by your insurance carrier is ultimately your responsibility. 

As a courtesy to our out-of network patients, we will file all of your dental insurance claims for you, understanding your payment portion is 100% of our office fee. You can expect reimbursement directly from your insurance carrier.
